Every smile tells a story, and today we’re honored to share one from a very special boy named Noah (no relation to our foundation, just a beautiful coincidence that makes this moment even more meaningful).

Thanks to the generous support of our incredible community Noah received a specialized car seat. The Columbia Medical (Inspired by Drive) Spirit Adjustable Positioning System (APS) Car Seat is uniquely designed for children who require extra postural support and positioning. It’s the first seat of its kind to offer swing-away trunk and hip supports, making it feel more like a custom wheelchair system than a traditional car seat.

This seat provides the security and comfort to travel safely. With its adjustable recline feature (up to 30 degrees) and cushioned walls, the Spirit APS Car Seat offers critical head, neck, and trunk support, especially for children with mild to more severe physical involvement.
