Team Noah Foundation Announces Partnership with Mariner Youth Soccer’s TOPSoccer Program

A free, inclusive program for South Coast athletes

Fairhaven, Massachusetts - May 14, 2026 - The Team Noah Foundation and Mariner Youth Soccer are proud to announce a new partnership supporting Mariner's TOPSoccer program, a free, inclusive soccer experience designed for children with special needs and disabilities across the South Coast.

The partnership brings together two organizations with a shared belief: children deserve opportunities that meet them where they are and celebrate them for who they are. Through this collaboration, Team Noah Foundation will support the growth and sustainability of the program while Mariner Youth Soccer continues to provide the fields, soccer leadership, volunteers, and community structure that make each session possible.

TOPSoccer is US Youth Soccer's outreach program for athletes with intellectual, emotional, or physical disabilities. The program gives athletes an opportunity to play soccer in a structured environment that is safe, fun, supportive, and inclusive. At Mariner, each session is about more than drills and goals. It is about confidence, friendship, teamwork, and the pride that comes from being part of a team.

"TOPSoccer shows what youth sports are supposed to be. It is not only about teaching soccer. It is about creating a place where every athlete feels welcomed, supported, and valued." - MATT YORSTON, PRESIDENT, MARINER YOUTH SOCCER

For Team Noah Foundation, the partnership extends its mission of improving quality of life for children with special needs and supporting families across Southeastern Massachusetts. The foundation has long focused on practical support that opens doors for children and relieves pressure on families, including accessibility improvements, mobility resources, and inclusive community projects.

"Our mission has always been about helping children with special needs experience more of life with dignity, joy, and support. Partnering with Mariner Youth Soccer allows us to help bring that same spirit onto the soccer field." - VICTOR FERNANDES, CEO/COO, TEAM NOAH FOUNDATION

The program relies on the heart of the community. Volunteer buddies, coaches, families, donors, and supporters create a space where athletes can participate at their own pace and be encouraged at every step. The partnership will help strengthen that network, expand outreach to families, and support the resources needed to keep the program accessible.
